Sensational Excel Two Axis Graph
A horizontal axis or x-axis and a vertical axis or y-axis.
Excel two axis graph. See also this tip in French. Make Row 1 your X-axis and Rows 2 and 3 your two Y-axes. Change other parameters for the secondary axis.
See how to add the secondary vertical axis and position both. When you add the secondary horizontal axis Excel adds it to the top of the plot area shown as blue in the above example. If you wish to make a 2 Axis Chart in Microsoft Excel 2007 or Excel 2010 or Excel 2013 just follow this fairly simple process.
In the Insert Chart dialog box choose the All Charts tab. Below are the steps to add a secondary axis to the chart manually. Right click the chart and choose Select Data from the pop-up menu or click Select Data on the ribbon.
Select the data set Click the Insert tab. If I delete this chart then select both region and code along with activity. At the top of you toolbar select Insert Line and click on the first line graph.
In the Charts group click on the Insert Columns or Bar chart option. Charts by default display a primary vertical axis when created. The first column A will be numbered 0 through 24 for each hour of the day.
Select Design Change Chart Type. As before click Add and the Edit Series dialog pops up. Right click on the box that comes up and click on Select Data.
