Fun Excel Chart Add Label To Axis
In the upper right corner next to the chart click Add Chart Element Data Labels.

In charts axis labels are shown below the horizontal also known as category axis next to the vertical also known as value axis and in a 3-D chart next to the depth axis.

Then check the tickbox for Axis Titles. In the opening dialog box check the Existing worksheet option and then select a cell in current worksheet and click the OK button. Select the stacked column chart and click Kutools Charts Chart Tools Add Sum Labels to Chart.
To make this change format the axis and go to the Number area then apply a number format with commas for thousands and no decimal places. Click anywhere on the chart you want to add axis labels to. 1 In Excel 2007 and 2010 clicking the PivotTable PivotChart in the Tables group on the Insert Tab.
In the worksheet select the cell that contains the data that you want. Finally Ill select the chart and bump up the font size. Select the source data and click Insert Insert Column or Bar Chart Stacked Column.
